What will the EPC cost?
Our Scale of fees are as follows:-
1/2 Bedrooms
£ 50.00
3/4 Bedrooms
£ 60.00
5 bedrooms
£ 75.00
6 bedrooms
£ 85.00
Any properties with more than 6 bedrooms are charged £10.00 for each additional bedroom.
What will the Floor Plan cost?
The cost of Floor Plans are:-
1/2 Bedrooms £35.00
3/4 Bedrooms £40.00
5 Bedrooms £55.00
6/7 Bedrooms £60.00
The price floor for a Floor Plan is reduced when undertaken
at the same time as an Energy Performance Certificate
inspection.
What are the fees for an Inventory Report ?
One bedroom/studio (unfurnished property)
£ 60
On an increasing scale to a :-
Six bedroom (unfurnished property)
£ 140
Other fees are applicable for Check-in/ Check-out and interim reports.
